Coat of Arms of the Zacherle family

Yes, we do have a coat of arms! In fact, there are three coat of arms, and they are all designated to the austrian part of the family!

  1. Urban Zacherle, city barrister of Brixen, Tirolia, was granted a coat of arms containing a unicorn in 1598 from the archduke Ferdinand II.
  2. Sebastian Zacherle from Innsbruck, his son, got his own coat of arms march 14, 1626 from the archduke Leopold V. This also contains a unicorn.
  3. Thomas Zacherle, abbot of Fiecht, got his coat of arms in 1817. It contains a treading man, carrying a flag.
