Coat of Arms of the Zacherle family
Yes, we do have a coat of arms! In fact, there are three coat of arms, and they are all designated to the austrian part of the family!
- Urban Zacherle, city barrister of Brixen, Tirolia, was granted a coat of arms containing a unicorn in 1598 from the archduke Ferdinand II.
- Sebastian Zacherle from Innsbruck, his son, got his own coat of arms march 14, 1626 from the archduke Leopold V. This also contains a unicorn.
- Thomas Zacherle, abbot of Fiecht, got his coat of arms in 1817. It contains a treading man, carrying a flag.
